THE GEORGE BALLROOM is a historical event space located on the first floor of The George Hotel in Fitzroy Street St. Kilda. The George Hotel was built in 1857 with the addition of the grand ballroom in 1886 originally functioning as a tea room and popular wedding venue. The Ballroom has re-opened in 2015 after a nine year hiatus and extensive.

The Lounge

The Terminus Hotel (as it was known at the time) was built in 1857 opposite St Kilda's newly opened railway station. The corner building of the George Hotel. By the 1860's, the beach side suburb of St Kilda had grown to become one of Melbourne's most popular suburbs.
